Overview:

I reorganized and streamlined the social media landscape, increasing engagement and audience expansion. I improved organizational presence through strategic campaigns for member recruitment and public awareness.

Objectives:

  • Foster engagement across multiple channels to achieve defined organizational goals.
  • Conduct a social media analysis and execute a marketing plan to enhance online presence.
  • Initiate a pilot program targeting millennials for increased membership and engagement.
  • Formulate a comprehensive social media crisis management plan.

My Role:

  • Executed a comprehensive social media audit and marketing plan, enhancing member engagement and driving traffic to branded content.
  • Led the creation of two impactful paid and organic social media campaigns, contributing to new member lead generation.
  • Created online toolkits that supported the ad campaigns, providing free recruitment and public awareness resources for member schools and prospective instructors.
  • Crafted compelling content tailored for short-form media and video platforms, ensuring a stand-out brand presence.
  • Secured and maintained a $10,000 Google Ad Grant for Non-Profits and launched Google Ad and SEO strategy.
  • Benchmarked and monitored social media activity, which laid a foundation for continued growth and engagement.

Results:

  • Achieved 500% minimum growth in social media followers across actively managed channels, including Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter) and YouTube:
  • Facebook: 1,120 to 17,500+
  • X (formerly known as Twitter): 230 to 5,000+
  • YouTube: 230 to 17,200+
  • Successfully launched Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok channels.
  • Launched the #snowpros hashtag, fostering expanded engagement and community involvement.
  • Played a key role in generating new member leads and driving $20,000 in additional dues revenue.
  • Secured over 263,000 impressions through Google Ads campaigns during the 2021-22 season, resulting in more than 35,000 clicks to the organization's website.
